The art of origami

Kiton ties are forms of origami made in Naples, made from the technique of the “seven folds”, a crucial part of Neapolitan tradition. The name stems from the technique which has a visible benefit: the finished product wraps around the neck, following its form gracefully and assuredly.

TIMELESS ELEGANCE

Each tie is finished by hand with a loose stitch that runs along the back, under the fold. It’s that thread, the ‘registro’, that ensures the tie returns to its perfect original shape, even after multiple uses
